To guarantee a perfectly matched final product, we track the fabric rolls for both the tops and bottoms together throughout the entire cutting and sewing process. We strictly adhere to a policy of never mixing dye lots, ensuring that every piece is guaranteed to be from the same dye batch. This eliminates the risk of shipping a mismatched set.
"Synchronized Shrinkage Control"
To maintain a consistent fit, we take extra care to pre-compact and test the different knit fabrics used for both the top and bottom garments. This critical step ensures that they shrink at the exact same rate during washing, preventing an outcome where, for example, the hoodie still fits but the joggers are too short after the first wash.
